AMP: Animals Music Performances
Animals-Music-Performances is a non-profit musical events planning and promotional organization. AMP’s main objective is to reach a previously untapped demographic through music, raising both funds and awareness for the work of reputable animal shelters and rescue groups in need of assistance. These unsung heroes of the humane world save countless animals every year from abuse, abandonment, and death with absolutely no operating budget. Money that is raised at AMP sponsored musical events is donated to those animal shelters and rescues that have adhered certain ethical standards and guidelines outlined by the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals.
AMP is an organization comprised of professionals who work currently in both the music industry and the animal sheltering world. This knowledge of both allows AMP to run not only with compassion but with efficiency and purpose.AMP is dedicated to help reduce the population of homeless animals through promoting the message of shelter animal adoption.
How we execute this:
- Organize local, national and international fundraising and awareness concerts
- Promote club nights and DJ parties to raise both funds and awareness
- Partner with performers on existing concerts and tours in order to promote AMP's humane message
- Recruit members of the music community to participate in upcoming benefit performances
- Record and release musical tracks for the benefit of animal shelters and Rescue
